    If a local tailor concludes that your garment is not alterable, then Imparali will completely remake the garment for you. In order to qualify for a remake, email Imparali Custom Tailors at info@imparali.com or write the New York office postmarked no later than 15 days after the garment is shipped. The address is below and you may receive a call from 1 (212) 245-5555 (or another Imparali number) for clarification or further details. Please be prepared to provide summary details about issues with the garment and efforts by local tailors to alter the garment. Under rare circumstances, the fabric you selected may no longer be available in which case we ask you to select a similar, alternative fabric.

    Please note that Imparali reserves the right to deny remakes in cases where the alterations can be handled by a local tailor. Garments cannot be remade due to changes in customization preferences.

    Original garments approved for remake must be shipped (postmarked) to the New York office no later than 30 days after the garment was originally shipped to the customer. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please address remakes to the below address.

    If you wish to return your garments for a full refund instead of alter them under the Proper Fit Promise, email Imparali Custom Tailors at info@imparali.com or write the New York office postmarked no later than 15 days after the garment is shipped. Write to the aforementioned address and we may contact you with any questions. Please review the return policy conditions below.

    Original garments to be returned must be shipped (postmarked) to the New York office no later than 20 days after the garment was originally shipped to the customer.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

    Imparali will not accept garments that have been altered or adjusted in any way from the original garment that was shipped to the customer.

    Imparali will only accept garments in good condition. If garments are deemed to be worn beyond fit assessment or damaged in any way, Imparali reserves the right to deny returns and issuance of a refund. In these cases, Imparali will send the garment back to the customer if desired.
