Our team brings together experienced tailors, entrepreneurs, and professionals across technology, marketing, and client service, supported by our in-house alterations specialists. Matt Harpalani

Founder, NYC Flagship

A second-generation custom tailor, Matt Harpalani has carried forward a family tradition of craftsmanship while shaping Imparali Custom Tailors for a new generation. Beginning his career in New York City in 2006, Matt has grown Imparali’s presence from New York to Houston and Dallas, earning the trust of clients through an unwavering focus on fit, fabric, and personal service. Today, he continues to lead the brand with a vision rooted in tradition, relationships, and timeless style.

Bob Harpalani

Houston Advisor & Operator

With more than 40 years of experience, Bob Harpalani is the foundation of the tailoring tradition behind Imparali Custom Tailors. An early pioneer in bespoke clothing, Bob built his career on craftsmanship, an exceptional knowledge of fine fabrics, and lasting client relationships. Today, he continues to bring his decades of experience to the Imparali team in Houston while passing down the traditions and expertise that have shaped the next generation.

Ed Guzman

Store Manager Dallas & NYC

A New York City native, Ed Guzman has been part of the Imparali Custom Tailors team since 2018. With a keen eye for style and a commitment to exceptional service, Ed enjoys helping clients create garments that reflect their individual style and personality. When he’s not in the showroom, you’ll likely find him cheering on his hometown teams—the New York Giants and New York Knicks.

Christopher Singh brings a background in hospitality and menswear styling to Imparali's design and technology team. He helps clients translate personal style into custom garments while ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to delivery.
