The Imparali Process — What to Expect

Book online at imparali.com or call the location nearest you. Walk-ins are welcome when our tailors are available, but appointments guarantee dedicated time on the fitting floor.

Bring the garment along with the shoes (and any underpinnings) you plan to wear with it. Our tailor will pin, mark, and discuss the changes so you can see exactly how the finished piece will sit.

If a garment can’t be safely altered — or if a change won’t meaningfully improve the fit — we’ll tell you. We’d rather pass on the work than compromise the piece.

The work is done by Imparali tailors at our shops — never outsourced. Standard turnaround is one to two weeks; rush service is available for time-sensitive events.

Most alterations include a complimentary final try-on. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll handle it before the garment leaves the store.
