However, if you are not thrilled with the fit of your garment, we will either alter it to fit your needs or remake it once free of charge. Remakes will only apply after 30 days of being notified of your order being completed.

To get your custom menswear altered under our Proper Fit Promise, email info@imparali.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will respond with a free shipping label.
CONDITIONS
Please note that garments cannot be remade due to changes in customization preferences. Imparali will only accept returns and remakes on garments in good condition that have not been altered by a local tailor.
